Indian Cooking

Would anyone be interested in knowing more about this topic? It is a hobby of mine and I have a real passion for Indian food.

For two of us to eat out at a local Indian, with a couple of beers each, we are looking at the sharp end of £50. We rarely do this now as my wife prefers my style of cooking. I reduce the salt content and the amount of oil that I cook with.

It`s a very tasty and can be a very MSE style of cooking.

Yep, I'd be interested, especially if you can do dairy-free recipes (allergic to milk).

    Ok. Tell me EVERYTHING! :D

And I'll think about it over my curry tonight. ;)

BTW, where do you live? £50 is chuffin' expensive for a 2-person curry. Round here (Walsall), you could get food for 4 for that much. Beer would, however, double the bill. :D

Actually, as you're so obviously passionate about it, and I'd really like to have a bash, how d'ya fancy leading a little badexample by the hand through a few (dozen) basic dishes? :D

I'd love to read more about it.

A question, though, are you cooking Indian food as eaten by Indians, or aiming more for the British Indian restaurant-style food?
