£1 London Hotel Rooms

What's it about?
A new hotel in Hoxton, London will be offering rooms for £1 a night for bookings between 2 January and 9 April. The price even includes breakfast! Rooms aren't available yet but get yourself on the hotel's mailing list and you'll receive an email letting you know when they are.
At that price surely the rooms can't be that good?
See for yourself. Check out the hotel's photo gallery.
Why the hurry if they're not available yet?
The hotel offered rooms at this price as an opening offer a couple of months ago and rooms went like proverbial hotcakes. This time five rooms per night will be offered at £1 so if you are looking to stay in London between January and April then get on the mailing list sharpish so you're one of the first to know.
How do I do that then?
Go to the hotel website's special offers page and click on "register on our mailing list", then complete the online form.
What if I can't get a £1 room?
Once the £1 rooms are sold out for a particular night the next cheapest is £29, still not a bad price for a room in London.

Close to Old Street tube and the City of London, The Hoxton provides easy access to Moorgate, Finsbury Square and Liverpool Street and is staggering distance from some of London's best bars, restaurants and clubs. The Hoxton is a no smoking hotel.0 -

We were lucky and got 4 rooms for £1 each. The rooms are fab and still have that new smell. Beds are comfy with luxurious duvets and posh white bed linen - the bathroom is brilliant - really really nice with lovely white fluffy towels, all with that still new feeling.
There is a great bar and a nice restaurant, although it is a bit pricey, but the ambience of the hotel is lovely - we were so impressed with it we were even tempted to stay in our hotel all night - cos it really was nice. There are log fires in reception with comfy leather sofas and is easily a place where you could have a night in - as strange as that sounds. Will keep a look out for the next offer - thanks for the tip.Nice Shoes & Expensive Designer Handbags, are my downfall!0 -
Hi do they allow children here? thanks0
