When it disappeared I clicked through the link on the previous thread to get to it and was told it was an invalid thread link. I assume someone deleted it.

no someone has archived it (the new one 3 pages long) into when its gone board, i mailed the mod put it bak into grabbit - maybe a mistake, the thread still works on the link above xx

Hi everyone

Unfortunately we've had to deal with so many issues relating to the Boots Grabbit threads over the last year or so that we've been forced to bring it to an end and lock this thread.

From now on if you spot a bargain in Boots stores or its website please post it in a new individual thread.

If we see any more Boots Grabbit threads started they'll be closed.

As several people have contributed hugely to the great info at the top of each thread, we don't want all that hard work to be lost.

This thread will stay sticky so that the info's always there at the top. If it needs updating I'd like to ask either broclo to update it or Pollsdolls or whoever would like to help out with it, to do a new one and ask the BGs to sticky and lock it, and unlock this one.

Thanks to everyone who's made a real contribution to these threads, it's very much appreciated and we hope you'll continue to do that in the individual threads.

Sorry, no Boots chat threads please. We've tried that in the past and we still continued to have people being nasty to each other, taking up our time and resources to deal with it and had to put a stop to it.

It's a real shame as there was a good little community of Bootsters but our hands have been forced.

Hopefully you'll continue to post about Boots bargains individually and the great Bootsing community of posters will carry on posting on those individual threads.

Therefore Boots subject discussion has been stopped due to such people, its a shame as you could get soome good pointers through sharing experiences..........

However, i'm sure the community will come to some agreement which is the best way forward........

i favour PTS or if some booster has good knowledge computers maybe start a new independant forum up for ourselves?

Well done to those people who have gone a ruined it for everyone!

I loved this thread and really enjoyed finding boots bargains, its going to be a real pain having to find individual threads so i'm sure many glitches will now be missed.

i have mailed broncho see if wants to set forum up on www.proboards.com after advise from another bootser - i think we need to discuss where we go from here....

if this thread becomes closed then please take discussion to the money saving arms or later to pts
