Do you have any paperwork from Orange/P4U/any other company regarding your contract? Or was it done over the phone from the start?0

Hi there,
First of all apologies for the confusion! Looks to me like the information above is out of date. Since the 1st May we have our new Animal tariffs available for Pay As You Go, offering more choice than before.
However to explain why there was a difference, and no longer is, in the past you would sometimes have different online tariff offers to those in-store. I think thats where the conflicting info has come from.
