    Hi

I used to put them as 'reserves' but they kept coming back as 'active'. Hope that doesn't happen now.

Oh dear. I signed in shortly after receiving the two emails (I'm not sure why they sent two at the same minute for "security reasons") in the early afternoon. Changed the password and now find, like others have done, that it didn't work and the random one generated in their forgotten password system still didn't work.

One plus - the password re-set email arrived quickly!

I am going to ask TNS for some free stamps as compensation.

    Hi

That's a good idea. I've just sent them a message. Others should too.

I'm another one who when I finally got in and started to go through what I needed to update they'd removed the postbox I use most often! As they want a smart back I'll have to note the number tomorrow to add it back in again.

Other than that I've had a wander around and think I've worked most of it out. One tip: when listing the time just type in the box as using the up/down arrows takes ages!

Yes, they've removed the post box I use most often too. The other one is far too distant to be convenient, so I've emailed them and asked how it can be reinstated. There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the system to do this.

I often use http://dracos.co.uk/made/nearest-postbox/ to get postbox references if i forget when i'm there

To send the contact us form, select the survey before you enter any other details. It just worked for me this way.
    Hi

Same here. New login details are useless.

    I see what you mean.
I previously had Royal Mail on the drop down menu, now it's blank.
Like others, cannot send a contact us form and I'm using Chrome.

    To clarify this .....

IF on the "1st page" you have clicked "SIGN IN"
(with or without any valid or invalid email address and/or password)

then on the "CONTACT US" page THERE WILL NOT BE A DROP DOWN MENU of Surveys.

Refreshing either page DOES NOT fix it

What you need to do is CLOSE the window and OPEN A NEW ONE and reload the "1st page" ....

... THEN click on "CONTACT US" :j

And VOILA - a list of SURVEYS :T

I've just received seven emails, all with different passwords. What fun!

And I bet BEFORE you received the 2 "promised" emails containing the site address and the NEW password, you had gone down the FORGOT PASSWORD? route SIX TIMES !!!

    I got 3 different passwords in 3 emails ....

    ... BUT ....

the 1st one was the "original" NEW password as sent in the "official" 2nd email - Access to Royal Mail Website (Email 2 of 2)

and I don't know IF it was the same for everyone but the password was 123456

I then got 2 further password emails titled
"Your password has been reset as requested"

YES, that was MY FAULT - I clicked Forgot Password? TWICE

Once I tried the LAST one sent to me I could log in just fine

Have just come on site for the first time in a few days and this all came as a complete surprise to me because I had had no notification from TNS at all.
However by clicking the " forgot password " , I received an email within seconds and have managed to log in and enter the competition.
I shall watch this space with interest .....

Finally received the 2 emails just before 5 oclock yesterday.
But as others have stated they do not work.
How have those affected sorted it out. I have tried to reply to the password email but it comes back undelivered.

Edit: managed to use the contact link in the login page, the list of surveys was there so chose Royal Mail.

Further edit: Suspecting it was a browser issue on my PC I tried logging in on my IPAD and it worked. I was able to change my password OK.
I then went back to the PC and was able to login from there as well.
