They get worse. My daughter has now had an entry for "cancelled bill" and credited her account with £351.12. The problem is that she has only had one bill, back in Nov, for the period up to 2 Jul 14, for £123.73. Her account is now showing £1116.39 in credit when she is actually in unbilled credit of £725 with a usage up to end of May of £775. They also put her DD up without any notice. Luckily we are forecasting an account debit of £71 at end of contract.

Poor Mum in has never had a bill and she joined them on the 6 June 2014. Luckily for her I work out her consumption.

    After 3 everyone :rotfl:

All we need are bills, laa da da da, all we need are bills, bills all we need are bills.

I think EE need to change direction and start working in the scrap business. After all, they would be well suited to place themselves into the crusher as their service is at scrap level.

(Sorry scrap businesses, I don't mean to put you down comparing you to EE)

That doesn't sound right and might need investigating. Perhaps your daughter has the same name as another customer.

Contacted EE today about refunding the exit fees, phone was answered straight away and advisor said that my request will be passed onto the complaints handler ZM who I have dealt with before. Fingers crossed.
    Holding back the years...

Thank you all for your replies. I just want to leave this 'shambolic' company and get back on track. Will keep you posted.

The £12 gov rebate has appeared back on my account, I have 2 x 6 month bills to actual readings and the status of my account is accurately reflected on line. I am in shock

Dont worry, I partially did the same thing when commenting. Just I eventually went further back through the forum and realised how far back Mable had been having issues with EE.

One would say its wise to start at the front of a book rather than the middle.

Ive left them and simply told EE they wont see the early leaving fees as they have broken the contract by not providing bills and by not responding to several complaints in their own set timesframes!

Send the ceo an email asking if he will remove the fees

Rules work both ways in this world so never be put off by the bullying might of corporations.

Im billing EE £12 everytime I have to contact them, this will be deducted out of any monies owed. (sound familiar) :p

Yesterday I had received an email from EE saying that they had failed in replying to me and now I could contact the Ombudsman.........However, I have just received a call from EE payments department demanding their money.

The agent was at first a little standoffish and arrogant but after I laid in to him by explaining all the crap I had gone through to get to this point he changed his tune. All that pent up frustration finally came out on to him.

After 20+ phone calls, 10+ complaints, Numerous Promises from them, rude Customer Service staff and god knows how much time wasted. They have agreed to deduct the £47.62 cancellation free. They have sent me an email to confirm this and I am just about to settle up with them. Finally I will be rid of them.

My only gripe is, I was not offered any gesture of goodwill payment for all the inconvenience. Maybe I didn't shout loud enough. ;)

Ps: - The EE representative who came on here asking for people to send him emails to rectify their issues, never got back to me either.
