Hey everyone, is anyone elses most recent payment from SC showing on their bayclaycard account yet? Mine was sent on the 13th and is still not showing, not sure if i should ring them or not.
Thanks!
Hi,
BC are the only online access creditor I have left now but no sign of payment. I am just assuming it will show up when the next statement is due which is the 1st may for me.. If your worried then give SC a ring but i'm sure (crosses fingers) all our payments will end up in the right accounts.

Hi everyone
I am still waiting for B'card and Shop Direct aka Very to update my online accounts with April's SC payment.
I'm not worried - funds will show eventually
After month 1 of our DMP when we had some interest added and the total debt went up - I am over the moon we are now 1% paid:T
I know it's not a lot, but every small step towards becoming debt free is what counts.

My BC statement was yesterday......
Payments= £0.00
Interest= £32.64 :mad:
Seems that this is a problem with BC and not SC as I have received paper statements from all other accounts showing SC payment credited before 16th April.LBM: 18th January 2015:idea:

I'm paper with BC and not recieved it yet.
Yes wonder where Ploppy has vanished to, it's always a mystery people come on here quite a lot for a while then disappear, sometimes they come back years later, other times they never reappear and you are always left puzzling what happened. Let's hope it's because things are settled for Ploppy and she doesn't need too much support at the moment.
Those 1% soon add up and you'll be feeling like the DMP is really starting to pay off.Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

Did you contact either/both of them? Can you let us know what they said?Christmas 2020 £109

So, I rang BC and told them that SC took payment on 1st April and said the payment would be distributed within 5 working days and all other accounts were credited by 16th April. They said they could see that I was on a plan with SC but since I have not kept to my agreed payment, they have cancelled my payment plan (as of yesterday (day after statement date) and whacked the interest back up to 29.9% :eek:
The man I spoke to kept saying "because you have not paid", I assured him that I have paid and that £95 of my money is now floating around somewhere between SC and BC! He agreed to freeze my account for 30 days and said they would need another proposal of a new plan from SC!!!
I can't quite believe it, rang SC but offices closed so will have to wait until Monday. It's a bit worrying for everyone else as well, when did payments used to be credited on accounts? Was it 25th? I should have thought SC should have notified BC when my first payment would be made?

Hi Ali
That's a nuisance for you.
I'd raise a formal complaint( you have to say that in the letter) and if no joy then call the FOS to raise one about them. What usually happens is a letter or apology and a small token amount of cash to recompense the inconvenience.
Good luck

Thanks, I was wondering if that was worth a shot. I asked him about removing the interest BC charged for the last month as it was not proportional considering I have made a payment, and he refused, even saying that because I'd missed a payment I would be unlikely to get the "favourable" 6.9% that they had agreed to in future!!! :mad: Am really cross!LBM: 18th January 2015:idea:
