Surely we'll be allowed to tether this huge volume of data?

Aye i hope so and cant wait to use the 100Gb :)
You're only going to use an eighth of it? :)
I can't help thinking that this has been put together by someone at EE with an even lesser understanding of terminology and it's going to turn out to be 100MB!

Ordered one and will use it, but I already generally hover around the 100GB of mobile data for just one month's usage.
I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.

There is also an EE payg SIM offer which says 100 MB a month free for life.

    Really?

Is this sim really free with no top ups or anything required, ever?

Sounds too good to be true to me (but if you have the link, I will take a look)...
    Here's the link:

Your free data will last 30 days and the free data keeps on coming every 30 days while your SIM remains active. You can use our data worry-free, knowing you can never accidentally go over what data you have for free or you choose to buy.

    Hmm.... that's reminiscent of Ovivo:)
But we're talking about a far greater company here, and my 'pay up front for life' 200 off peak landline minutes bought from BT Cellnet still arrives monthly.

You have to buy a phone or tablet and topup £5 just once. So not free, but probably excellent value for the premium you'd pay buying the hardware from EE.

Me too - 50 minutes anytime (x3)

No need to buy hardware, it's available on (free) sim only as well, if it's topped up in the promotional period.

Take a look at the post I quoted (11); he was clearly referring to the 'for life' offer.

You have been given the correct information.

No need to purchase hardware for either offer.
  • OK but it's poorly worded. Where it says 'The
    offer applies to
    all new pay as you
    go phones
    (including SIM
    Only) and tablet
customers.....', I took that to mean those who also chose a SIM-only contract to use in their new phone. Otherwise, why use the word 'including'?

    free for two months.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
