    Tell me about fussy !

Tibsey has endless boxes of food all different brands. First she likes fish ones, then turns her nose up and will only eat Poultry ones. Then she wont eat the jelly ones, only wants gravy, but then licks all the gravy up and leaves the rest of the meat.

Only thing she wont leave is Prawns, or Ham, that goes in a flash. Have never tried her with tinned Tuna though, I only get the 'Posh' jars of Tuna which cost £4 each, as don't like the normal tinned stuff and she Ain't getting that !!! lol

    He is gorgeous!
Sounds as if he is settling in well, some take longer than others however brace youself for the fights over the best seat in the house (that will be his unless your lap is available)
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)

Well Pixie arrived this afternoon, she's been in all the downstairs rooms and also managed to get upstairs when the hall door was left open. Has eaten, used her litter tray (with a huge amount of yowling and scratching) played with some toys and spent some time on our laps. So doing really well. Currently sitting on the windowsill observing the street.

She has some bald patches which look like over grooming which is probably down to the stress she's been through over the past 4 months.

    Update after ten days...

Pops seems to be settling in great. :D Food's going in and coming out normally and he's a lot less skittish with us. He only jumps now if we move too suddenly. He comes in miaowing his head off when we open our bedroom door in the morning. :)

The first day or so when he emerged from his safe room, he kept hiding inside our sofa (you read that right - it's a recliner and he can get up inside it), but chuffed that he hardly ever goes in there any more.

    The relaxation of Pops:

Joining me for The X Factor (in the guest room because I get evicted from the lounge when I put TXF on!).

Earlier this week we may have splurged a bit on a cat tree.

New favourite game is Hunt the Dreamies on the tree. :D

We also got a Flying Frenzy. Best cat toy ever! He goes absolutely nuts. He kept crashing into furniture the first night we got it as he leaped about so madly - was scared he was going to knock himself out!

How's things going with Pops Pinkteapot? Have you let him outside yet?

We started letting Pixie out at the weekend, but she doesn't seem that keen. The first time something noisy frightened her and she shot back inside. Today I carried her outside twice with her complaining loudly and she shot straight back in again. She was found as a stray and I have a feeling knows what a cat flap is about, so it seems a bit odd so far.
