  • Beanie a grand idea :D

KC please dont' tell the chickens I might be their overlord, whilst I like the idea they're a handful enough as it is.

    :D

4 hours in garden. Happy with that.

    Chicken new run underway
Lifted lots of ground matting from under new chicken run so they access to worms and soil
Sorted three huge piles of sticks
Battered an old fence panel to death with an axe and its now half way to being kindling
Moved (and found) two pallets) see above sometime soon
Layed out boundaries of new veg garden and looked online for ideas
Swept and scooped up with a shovel about a gazillion tonnes of bark
    Moved more logs
Looks at more windfalls and hid them in hammok.

Must update signature and do something off my list other than look in eyeball fearing the worst.

  • Hi Pippi

I had to laugh at your name on here as I have just finished reading PippiLongStocking to my daughter.

It is such a funny book and a great character. I can't help wonder if you are really like her?? Do you own a monkey called Mr Nielson?? ;)

I have subscribed to your diary and plan to catch up with your goings on when I have chance xxx
  • I got the name on here for my long stripy sock wearing antics.

I do have a monkey, but he's called Darwin.

    :D

Happy to see you enjoy! Great books.

And I do have the strength of a horse.
