    I personally think the T&C's you have to agree to, whether you go ahead with the purchase or not could be classed as unfair.

    I just noticed the above domain is owned by Umbrella Support Ltd, which used to be a "telecom services" company operating from south west London in the past as per this link

    So, I would say this is a new venture into another scam .....Strategy is probably to expand their portfolio of:

    a) premium rate/SMS scams +
    b) Copycat website ...

    The director of this company has been fined when he was running the telephone business.( about 5000 pounds)

    This company was previously known as Raptor Telecom and apparently they are known before conducting online application fraud demanding money over telephone.

    It's a means of checking domain names and who they are registered to.

    Some copycats advertise their Ltd company details alongside their domain registration.

    While some others, hide behind by anonymising their domain owners details.

    And more proper writing, verbs and everything.

    You are right on those scumbags money stealing theives still running premium telecom numbers and SMS are probably behind this too.
