It may be a fact that most of the posters here expects(sic) you to think that they are 'misleading'. Not so strange, but true.
Not just me Wealdroam, our elected govt thinks the same too!
Forget newspapers, how many quotes you need from official sources re: misleading nature of these website (i.e domains that ending with .gov.uk )
Let me know please...?
There is something that this makes the forum unique...may it is a polly-effect...:rotfl:0 -
Folks,
Take some more stats and metrics from me...
Its been 10 days since a passport or driving license copycat website sneaked into Google ad network.
I think Google engineers are indeed doing a good job, what do you think ?
PS: There are other copycats appearing in other SRP categories....so please note my post is all about passport application copycat and driving license copycats appearing in adverts section as first link . OK, BoP?0 -

May I remind you of the title:Steps to take if you have been ripped-off by a copy-cat government website
Why are you now telling us that this is about passport applications and driving licence applications appearing as Google adverts?
Please keep on topic.

Completely off topic but seeing it's 2014 I'm determined to write post 2014 in this thread. I know it will get that way, it's only a matter of time. In fact, I recon this thread will still be going on in a decade lol!0
