B: LC Malt loaf with butter
L: Pork scratchings with Lactofree cream cheese. Brazil nuts. Greek yoghurt(thought I'd try it in small quantities to see if I can tolerate it)Smoked haddock, celeriac chips & roasted green beans. 2 squares 81% chocolate.
I'm out tomorrow and Sunday so need to have packed lunches. I've stocked up on pork curls and will make some more malt loaf I think.
I'm thinking of investing in a yoghurt maker then I can make my own lactofree greek style yoghurt.Weight loss 0/2st

1/4 tsp salt
4oz butter
4 eggs
80ml water

3g splenda or tescos own make is also fine

thanks, but the cookie recipe doesn't contain raspberrys or the cherries you replaced them with, which is probably why i couldn't find it in the recipe list front page, - !!!!! what sort of cherries are you using and how much, and what sort of raspberries were in the original recipe and again, how much. ( i.e. fresh, dried), Sorry to be a pain but really wanted a raspberry cookie or cherry cookie.!!:o0 -

do raspberry ones I add around 8_10 frozen ones to the batch. I don't add cherries but if I did then around 4_5 frozen or fresh would be enough.
I really like them with pumpkin seeds added as well for a nice bite
Dinner tonight was lovely, zero noodles stir fried with jalepenos, garlic and spices. Served with Monterrey Jack cheese and jalepeno sausages. They are new from Sainsburys butchers counter. I will be back for more :j

Hi to all, been another mad week so no time for t'internet. Was up for over 24 hours straight one day last week due to work and been fairly stressful, but pleasantly surprised that I've stuck to proper LC. Not quite sure how!
Although the last few days I've mostly lost my appetite. This happened when I first started low carbing then went away of its own accord, so am hoping it will do the same again.
In the meantime I'm doing my best to eat what I should. Today I've had:
Breakfast: 2 Quorn sausages, grilled tomato, fried egg
Lunch: soft goats cheese, toasted pecan, cherry tomato, coriander and rocket salad
Dinner: paneer fritter with grilled asparagus.
I've recently found a great supplier for low carb related products:
http://www.healthysupplies.co.uk/
I was after stocking up on some nuts which is what led me there. But I ended up buying all sorts!
This was really delicious and super low carb:
http://www.healthysupplies.co.uk/index.php?subframe=page&pagename=inspiral-wheatgrass-raw-kale-80g&searchphrase=kale&searchfrom=0&searchto=50
Ordered lots, think I'll be becoming a regular customer. The almonds and cashews that I bought were MUCH better quality than the previous supplier I tried too.
Those cherry/raspberry cookies sound really good, might give those a go myself.
Anyone watching Apprentice now?0 -
