Shopitize are back in favour with me at the moment, I reported a couple of receipts and tweeted them and I have to say, their customer service has been excellent, replying straightaway, and getting the crunchy nut cornflakes sorted for me, and they put the Robinsons deal back on so I could scan my receipt again....although I'm still waiting for that to go through, so yes, there are still glitches, but I'll persevere with it or now.

I was just uploading my crunchy nut cornflakes receipt and the item was there but wouldn't accept my receipt but accepted the barcode then it totally disappeared now the item is gone and won't recognise the barcode either they shouldn't do that they should give us to the end of the day to upload our receipts not just withdraw offers when it suits them not pleased!0

Thank you all very much for giving Shopitize a try, and we would like to answer a few questions raised by you:
Report Receipt:
We use a fully-automated system to process your receipts for rewards, and this can sometimes make mistakes depending on the condition of receipt images; therefore, we're always here to help you out if your rewards are not recognised correctly.
You can report receipt by:
- for iPhone / iPad: Click Receipt tab >> Click on the receipt that you would like to report >> Click ACTION button on top to find Report Receipt
- for Android: Click Receipt tab >> Click on the receipt that you would like to report >> Click the menu button on your device to find Report Receipt
Edit/Correct Receipt Details
When receipt details (retailer/date/total) are not processed correctly by our system either via the app or website, please DO NOT edit these, for this would invalidate your rewards! Simply report them to us, and our CS will help you get your valid rewards within 2 working days (usually much faster as some of you have mentioned!)
Numbers of Offers available for each product
On each receipt you snap, each product with offer can only be redeemed once; ie. if you buy 2 or more Cravendale Milk on one receipt, you will be rewarded for only one Cravendale Milk.
Each offer has different limitation in the total rewards available per user. The easiest way to see whether you can still redeem an offer again is to always refresh your offers after getting new rewards, and the offers no longer available to you will disappear from the list.
Offer Expiration Date
If you click through each offer to the 3rd page, you'll find the "Snap Receipt by" date & time. Make sure you scan barcode>buy product>snap receipt before this date to get the valid reward. Some popular offers would be extended due to demand.
All the relevant offer details would only be changed after each expiration time, never before it.
To twinkle eyes: Crunchy Nut is up and running at the moment! It should only disappear from your offer page if you already got it
Check your reward page, if it's not there, do email us and our CS will be able to take a look for you!
