Then we had to go to the Pub Quiz :eek: My parents in a pub??? Prize was a 'Tax Free' bottle of Rose
We did come 3rd. We scored 25/40 (10 were Pop questions which none of us had a clue about:o)
The quiz masters were Bluecoats called Danny & Sponge. For bonus points your Team name had to incorporate their names.
So we had Danny Craddocks Victoria Sponge Cake MixUnfortunately they were so young they didn't have a clue what we meant & favoured the Sponge Bob names

Hi everybody I hope you are well. I went to Mr S last night and got 6 bottles of Torretta mondelli pinot grigio vento for £18. got some some fruit and veg reduces as well I have had a really good week on the whoopsies. I saved myself a fortune.
cooked baked potatoes, fish cakes and beans and finished the 1p biscuits off.
It cost £2.72 to cook for 4 people. That includes the biscuits.
I hope you all have good day. The weather should be better tomorrow.Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.0 -

Just got back from T's , had a lift home off a mate so not as wet as I thought i'd be
Picked up 3 packs of finest chicken thighs and drumsticks, were £3.90 whoopsied to 39p
3 packs of barbecue chicken drummers whoopsied to £1.39 each, came to £1.67 for 3 after multi-buy
Put my jtd shop through seperately , the young lad on the tills was unsure about the palmolive coupon so called a supervisor. It was the same trout that wouldn't let me use more than 1 coupon last week  I said I had spoken to HO and they said it was ok so she called the manager
Waited for a couple of mins and still no show so put 2 back.
I knew I was gonna be short ( had 2 jtd coupons to use) so had to run and get some chocolate, after he totalled up it came up short again so had to run and get some more, it was still 5p short so he put a bag through for me
So total to pay £0.00
jtd expected £7-ish0 -

Lol Glitchhunter your posts always make me smile but I wonder - how do you speak in real life?
I am guessing - posh!
I be far to busy setting the course for the ship to indulge in Port Out Starboard Home frivolities. A few wenches over the years have said they were smitten with the way I used my mouth, of course it may have been the grog that got them to speak thusly....
No matter, as long as there is a Mr T. treasure to be found I'll be searching on behalf of me crew.
