    I'm so cross with myself for not being on the ball.

    Got a call yesterday from a very nice lady in CS. She offered to send me a voucher for the difference. Says that the Haribo price was for a different bag than I got. However, I explained that there was only a box of the multipacks on the shelf where the SEL was.
    Also, said there was no offer on the custard, but that it may have finished on that day. The offer was 100% there, so getting a voucher for just over £2! Would have been DTD in store, but my own fault, and I am happy to get that wee bit back considering they didn't have to do anything.

    Tesco Finest £10 meal bought the other day, didn't see I was overcharged until I got home. The combination I got was this: Chicken in a creamy sauce with mushrooms (think it said madeira), plain finest mashed potatoes, green veg(petit pois and beans) and new york finest vanilla cheesecake. The wine I got was a 9.99 Chardonnay with a bright yellow label with WF 2010, tiny wording on bottom said 'Calvet'. Only the 'Finest' for Dog.


    Am annoyed I missed this, but as am new I can learn by mistake, won't let it happen again, hope this post helps someone else get a good deal!

    At my local store, you find after about 8.30pm they do 90% discounts! :) It's awesome!

    Big bag of new potatoes for 14p the other day! :)

    My first DTD from Tesco in H*nley. Dine in for £10 offer did not go through at checkout so promptly went to CS. The overcharge was £11 so £22 back!! I had to mention the DTD though to get it.
    The OH nearly dropped through the floor when i told him how much we got back. :D
    I hope this helps someone. The items i got were Jacobs Creek shiraz. New York cheesecake 2 portions, Finest Chicken Kiev & Finest Spinach side order. :)

    Well done Pinky, and thanks for posting the items, was it at an extra store? My smaller
    local had the £10 deal isle closed off last night with signs that said 'offer not available due to technical error'.

    And well done for insisting on DTD.

    Yes it was an Extra store. There wasn't much choice though tbh in the section so if there is a technical error(which is more often then not at Tesco!!) perhaps they were part way through clearing the shelves. Hopefully not though so a few more people can benefit. :)
