Just had my first cofrontation with 2 customer service persons in C.T.e.r.h.m pack of finest rump steak package £12 89 per kilo shelf £ 9.39 bought product for £4.55. over charge with dtd about £5. The C/S said I should have informed them then they would have taken product off shelf or change price label She said that her collegue had noticed that I had found faults with there labeling previously whish I agreed i.e Sausages. I was then informed that I was commiting fraud . and she will inform the duty manager and have me banned if I did this again She would not even listen to me when I told her if it was not like people like me other people would be ripped off by Ts mispricing. The oly thing I should not have done was to return product with money back and not bother with DTD.0

email philip.clarke@uk.tesco.com and tell him that as a customer, he do not appreciate the customer service in this store and you would like him to investigate. Also tell him that you are considering reporting them to trading standards!0 -

OMG that's outrageous!! The cheek of her!!! Definitely take this one higher, email the CEO and complain as the poster above says.0 -
Yer I think i should complain the only problem is that my letter writing is awful can any one give me a rough idea of how the email should be written using the info i first supplied thanks0

If you are anxious about writing a letter you could try calling the Head Office at 0800 505 555, they are usually quite helpful. Just explain what happened as you did here.
I know how you feel, I had exactly the same experience 2 weeks ago. If they don't want to have such problems they should stop being greedy, leaving old stock together with the new discounted one so that customers who are not careful pay the higher price. It's obvious who is committing a fraud here!0 -
Took advantage of the dd on the 3 for 2 a while ago so noticed they had 3 for 2 again yesterday evening so took pot luck and didnt need dd as they discounted to £1.20 giving me a saving of £8.94 :j
Discount came up as 'Cadbury 3 > £1.20' which was a bit strange but it worked 3 times over. Nine dinner kits was enough for me
This was at lpool 0ld sw4n but may work elsewhere0 -

Shame they don't give double the difference for online shopping. I was overcharged £21 on my Tesco grocery home delivery today.0
