First post here, and WOW!!
Have spent the last few weeks looking through the Grabbit forum (including the old DTD voucher offer) and I've missed out on so much!
Guess I'd better start keeping up to date and saving myself a few pounds here and there.
Looking forward to chatting more and learning about great offers.Sealed Pot Challenge No 3060 -

did you get to keep the toy for nothing0 -
did you get to keep the toy for nothing
You don't get to keep the items for nothing when you are overcharged you get double the difference - e.g if you buy something for £7 and it was marked £5 you get back 2 x £2 = £4.
They only work out free if your are overcharged by double the price e.g charged £10 and marked £5, 2 X the £5 difference = £10 back so would make it free.0 -

I got £6.02 back. The manager was trying to refund the sale then re-sell at lower price but I refused. He tried saying he would just withdraw it from sale & give me my money back & I would leave without the toy & just my money back but I told him his assistant sold it to me so it was mine & if he took it off me I would have him arrested for theft. He eventually gave me DTD "as a good will gesture". And obviously because I had him bang to rights but he didn't want to admit it. Lol.
Still happy though as in smyths it's about £40 & I got it for £21 after the refund.0 -

hiding the name of which stores are price errors should be pretty irrelevant since the individual store should flag up the obvious price error internally and the price be changed pretty quickly. I'm sup prised the price had not changed back a lot quicker!£18 for my old mobile.
