Can I ask a quick question? What is SEL?

I've just returned from the Tesco garage. No glitch bargains, but the bottled beer is on offer at 4 for £5, saving the best part of £3.

It's both - the 100 tablet packs on clip strips with bar-code ending 2827 . They had other 100 packs on the shelves but with different barcodes.

Just been on a little MSE recce to Allerton Tesco's and didn't do very well.
Plenty of the KoKo truffles, clearly SEL at £1.01 (on the Christmas confectionery aisle) so got a couple of these, BUT No Splenda to be found, Moon & Stars cereal at full price £2.68 although it was BOGOF, No Mingles anywhere, no Jelly Bean factory anywhere, and no nuts So all in all not a very successful trip!

just a quickie guys as i am off into town shortly, but thought i would mention, Tesco value milk chocolate digestives are scanning at 8o odd pence when SEL says 30 odd pence, noticed the customer in front of me complaining yesterday at how much they went through the till for.
One to try today perhaps for DTD

aparantly the jelly bean factory tubs by the xmas sweets are scanning at 45p the gourmet ones in the blue tub
