I have tried that and have not been lucky, I know it's been asked before but it is the back and forward arrow buttons at the top left hand corner of the screen you use isn't it? :(
    yes, then "submit" again

It's your standard browser back button and then click on "submit" again. If it doesn't work, resubmit the voucher changing the time by 24 hours. For instance if it's 1.30 put 13.30. Change nothing else - no date change etc. You will then have to wait until tomorrow but it should work.

    HTH

When I click the back button, all the details disappear and have to be put in again is that right? Really appreciate everyones help, thanks. I know it's probably been asked time and time again. I was very keen and input my receipt details within 10 minutes of my shop on Saturday, perhaps I got it in a bit early. LOL ;)

Will leave and see if comes back today or try with different time tomorrow. Thanks. :)

Just been to Tesco in Poole.
They have removed all the signs for the £10 meal deal.
And the SA said that the offer wasn't working anymore.

I took the risk and it all went through the till ok.
Did 3 transactions of different combinations and it all worked.

Not sure what Tesco are up to?
The SA was sure that I would be charged full price for each item.

To be honest I don't know. I know I have Chrome, Firefox and IE8 on this comp, and only IE works. I'm in a similar boat as you. I've tried, even on IE, and no luck. Changed the time yesterday to 24hr clock and resubmitted. We'll see today.

Yes the turner road merlot and chardonnay are included. I have just come back from Tesco and bought:-

    Meatballs
    Chicken & Asparagus
    1 cheddar mash
    1 rosemary potatoes
    2 green vegetables

1 red and 1 white turner road

Total price £20 minus my £11.86 voucher total price to pay £8.14. I will input this receipt into pricechecker and hopefully generate another voucher for £11.86.

This is my 3rd shop for the meal deal this week and have had no issues, except for the wine not being located with the meal deal section, in my store its in the wine aisle. Don't forget you can mix and match the sides and desserts if you wish, as I have done. HTH

Thank you. Just been to Tesco and gave it a try and it worked. Wish I had read a bit more of this thread before I went out as I would have preferred to have done without the dessert. Never mind, there is always tomorrow! Hopefully when I get my voucher back.

Mr Clarke, please go and entertain yourself somewhere else. I'm sure you have some meeting or other to go too with your other executives.;)
