Congratulations CL glad to hear all went well and that you are getting cuddles with Juliet – lovely name btw
Oh my god Fuzz Charlotte is absolutely gorgeous – lovely pictureit sounds as if you have had a bit of a time of it but glad to hear that you are home and hopefully recovering a little more each day. Thanks for popping in – hopefully you won’t forget about us all now
Re: Baby Baths I have got a plastic baby bath which I brought at the car boot brand new for £1 which came with a top and tail bowl and one of the large sponges that you can use in the big bath. I’m going to see how I get on using the baby bath but if I find it too much hassle will either bathe bubs in the big bath with one of us and then the other will dry him/her or will try using the bath sponge in the big bath and see if that is any better. At the end of the day if we don’t use any of them it was only £1 we spent on them
Janine I can only echo what the others have said. If you are struggling and feel like you need to be signed off then do it. Unfortunately employers do take the mickey out of people when they are pregnant and we have to stand up for ourselves. I am having issues with my employer at the moment and I’m not standing for any of their rubbish.
They are going to have to do something when you go on your maternity anyway as they cannot expect the one remaining colleague to do everything so maybe this might be the kick up the backside they need to get themselves in order.
After my blip earlier in the week bubs has been a little wriggler the past couple of days. Last night I was in the bath, had my hand on my tummy and for the first time I felt a kick from the outside :j :T am hoping that DH will get to feel it now so am going to get him to sit with his hand on my tummy while we watch a film tonight all warm and cosy on the sofaOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
