Well done!
I am sure he will be able to help.
But do please "visit" as well - we are going to be interested to hear how it all goes for you!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
Evening all!
Just popped back on inbetween Corrie episodes.
Allan - you've done the right thing asking for advice on here - everyone is so friendly and supportive. You coud perhaps send a private message to never-in-doubt, though he is very busy. Have you phoned one of the debt charities? I finally plucked up the courage last week and they were very friendly and helpful, not at all judgemental. I know I've got a long, hard road ahead but I'll get there, with the help of my friends on MSE!0 -
“Never- in- doubt”.... if you can find the time, I desperately need some of your sound advice... PLEASE Sir!
Hiya
If you need help, no problemoAre you sure you're aware of what you'll be required to do? It will mean cessation of payments, lots of phone calls, hassle like you've never experienced - for about a month. Afterwhich it stops, then you'll see light at the end of the tunnel.
Point is, you have to forget all morals regards to debt right now and think of your health and family, when you're sure you can manage that then let me know and we'll get this sorted for you. First port of call, sit down and work out any debts PRIOR to April 2007, how many lenders are there and what is the debt total? Is it all unsecured? Are they loans or cards?
Bank accounts/overdrafts are not eligible for unenforceability as they are exempt from the CCA1974.
Soooo, all that's left is for you to stop worrying, stop paying and get back to me..2010 - year of the troll
