never-in-doubt wrote: »Morning,
We've just been emailing so will make this brief and to the point, moreso for the benefit of others on here:
Dorothy Perkins - Enforceable (sorry) - you could try and blag it and see what happens? This is up to you, if they push too hard then we can always back down at a later date but could be worth a punt at blagging it and assuming it is unenforceable - kinda like calling their bluff?
If you want to blag it send this: CCA Query Update me with whatever they respond with.
If you don't, then agree to a repayment plan
Creation FS - Unenforceable :T - Send this back to them: CCA Query
Thanks NID i am going to try to blag the DP card. It is now Santander Cards which I didnt know will send the letter and let you know what happens.:D
Thank goodness about Creation as Drydens lawyers are snapping at my heels.
Thank you once again. Will keep you posted :T:T0 -
Hiya Nid,
sorry to be a pain but I've sent you another email. Having issues with Egg.
Thanks.
Hiya
That letter you got is fine, it is their final response, in retaliation to yours...... just ignore them now unless they send anything legal looking in which case let me know.
It is still unenforceable - that won't change no matter what they think....2010 - year of the troll

Hiya matey - regards to your Preference Account, I have wrote a letter regards to this for someone else recently, I can't remember who! Arghhhh
Anyway, I think in the meantime you should send this and see what they respond with: CCA Query
Basically you're wanting them to send a final response, then you retaliate with your own.... at the moment they don't realise that they have messed up, why then, assuming it is a bank account that would not conform to the CCA1974, have they sent you and refer to a CCA! LOL - muppets.....
It is a credit account, no matter what they may think! Tsk....
Keep me updated, sorry for the delay (I have 219 emails to go through - in a week)

Barclaycard - Still nothing at all from them, CCA sent 7th Jan, they havnt cashed my cheque, but i have proof of posting. Sent several reminders & cease and go away letter. But nothing at all not even an aknowledgement.
Great - just wait and see thenHalifax - After receiving a letter saying that they cant find the agreement and wont enforce, low and behold a copy of the application I signed in August 94 turns up (old Leeds Building Society CC) it looks pretty good but would like you cast your expert eye over it. There are no T&C that were in place at the time only the ones which are current. Having probs with photo bucket so if you pm me your email addy will send over asap.
It doesn't matter mate - I don't need to see it - its an application, so you'd send this back now: CCA QueryMBNA - After that stonking letter you kindly did, all I have had back from them is a sorry for the delay we are dealing with it but may take time as this account was bought from another lender.
Just wait and see what they respond with matey :rotfl:Mint - We have spoken about via pm
Indeed we did mate;)
Monument - Had the original reply card I signed in 03 - will email over for your perusal.
Same as the Halifax above mate, no need to see it if it is not a regulated documentCiti - Cease and desist letter sent 26th March - Letter received 12th April asking for 8 weeks to gather info.
See what they respond withYour valued and expert thoughts would be most appreciated. In other words thanks a million mate.
Cheers matey - no worries
Have PM'd you my email address, so you have it in case you want to email me the stuff mentioned, but seriously I don't need to see it cos i've seen thousands lol - none have been enforceable yet and I doubt these will either :rotfl:2010 - year of the troll

Hi NID Chaser letter from MHA aka LTSB 'offering' a 6 month reduced payment plan to avoid legal action. Already sent Final Response & Account Sold Whilst In Default letters. Just ignore them or tell them to p!ss off?:p
Just ignore them mate - your final response spelled out that unless they provide an original - they can go jump in the toilet bowl :rotfl::rotfl:2010 - year of the troll

Hi NID - Hope you are well. Another quick one please.
Natwest sent me an illegible CCA which was an application form & t&C, I responded with the illegible letter, & then the cease & desist letter in Feb 2010. They then sold the ac to Allied International Credit who I sent the "ac sold to dca harassment letter". They have now responded saying Natwest disagree the ac is in dispute as they sent out the documents previously. Not sure what to respond with now please. With many thanks
Send this (to DCA): CCA Dispute / s.10 Cease & Desist2010 - year of the troll

Good Afternoon never-in-doubt,
Following on from thread # 2169
I have today received the following reply from Capquest:-
Further to your recent contact with our office and your request for further information in relation to the above account, we would confirm that your account is now on hold for 28 days whilst we obtain the information required.
If you have any proof of payments or correspondence that would assist with your query, please forward these documents with a brief covering letter, to our Collections Administration department, so that we can resolve this matter as soon as possible.
In view of the content of your(excellent) letter not sure what they are attempting to get from me
Regards
