BHB, same thing happened to me when I woke up on day 4, that's why I thought I might've been sleep-drinking :rotfl:
Well done, you're doing great. I've not been doing so wellwhat is it about the weekends that you feel a drink's in order

Well, week 5 of no alcohol and I see a different person in the mirror. My eyes no longer look dull and vacant, they actually have a little sparkle and my skin doesn't look like uncooked pastry anymore. I feel that I have won a battle but not yet the war. Hope everyone else is at the point they want to be, I never want to be that person I was, I have been tempted but I just think back to what I had become. The sun is shining at the moment and I feel good and want to continue to have the sun in my life.0

Many congratulations spring watch girl for putting you feelings so clearly here, it sounds as though it's the you that was there before the demon drink took over. Never mind though as you're getting your left and health back and we're all so very proud of you!
Very well done indeed and keep remembering today's words. Such a shame elantan as you obviously know all the reasons of why NOT to drink, but are still finding it difficult at times, especially when hubby's there drinking, but that won't make it easy for anyone.
Remember that circle and that you came out of it after a blip, but just as you come out of it, you can also just get back in it. Go on, do so and start off again and you too will very soon be just like spring watch girl who's seeing a new 'her' now she's free.
You have the support of us all to rely on!
Love and hugs, Sue.
Well done to all of you who have done so very well and changed your lives around, keep it up everyone!
