Last year as the budget was tight I made fudge for the grandparents and hot chocolate sets for everyone else.

Just got a big mug, added sachets of chocolate powder a small package of marshmallows and some ratafia biscuits, then took festive-looking (gold) plastic spoons and coated the bowls with melted Dairy Milk, waited for it to set and wrapped them up in cellophane, put the whole lot together, cellophaned the top and decorated with ribbon. ;D

They went down fairly well and are much cheaper to make than to buy in Boots.
I'm so sexy it's a wonder my underpants don't explode.

I'm making the 'Fragrant Cauldron of Hyacinths' for all the women this year.

In true money saving stylee I have decided to make (almost) everything for everyone this year so thanks to everyone for their great ideas.

Now, where can I find some thin, printable magnetic 'paper' for some home made fridge poetry ;)
