    1) Good to know that some progress is on the way

    2) On a cautionary note, why do we have to pm you?

    i) You may not be who you say you are.

ii) Our membership and names here are of no concern to TMO. And it could be that we wish to retain our privacy.

Could you not give a special address (e-mail or snail mail) for frustrated customers to write to?

    Hi,

I am really worried, I have sent in my bills to Mobileoutlet on 21 September (last week) and when checking the royal mail website there seems to be no sign of delivery even if it was really delivered. :(

I need to know what can i do now? The last day for claiming is the coming Monday 1st October.

I phoned mobileoutlet and asked if i can send copies. One person said in this case u can. But i'm not sure if the person who will deal with my application will accept it because sometimes other staff have diffrent answers and opinions and this worries me alot. They didn't ask my name or mobile number to add a note on the system that i will be sending copies?

Can anyone plz advice? If Mobile outlet is reading this now, can u please assure me?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Our guidelines allow copy bills to be submitted as part of a successful cash back claim.

Your penultimate post seems to have put them off, as "Forum Team" left the building at ten to four this afternoon.

guys, guys, let's not degenerate again. Let's see the return of TMO to this(and possibly others?) forum as hopefully a positive sign. Those of you with short memories may not remember that many months ago the participation of TMO on this forum helped many members to claim their cb, and so was a positive thing.

TMO - a welcome return, I hope. Please do whatever you can to help people who have legitimate concerns/queries/delays with their cb as this will be, in the long run, better for both us and you.

GunJack - optomistic that this is a positive step, but not saying it too loud...

Brenda & Quentin are just having a joke.

The last time The Mobile Outlet 'Returned' they told a lie or two, answered no pressing questions and disappeared as quickly as they came.

People with a short memory will know that The Mobile Outlet have declined to participate on this thread for months. :)
So they knowingly lie and deny people their cashback, and then eventually sort out a few people(But only on the "forumqueries... address";) ) and you see this as a positive thing?

As a side note, I 'Contacted' them on this address back in July, still waiting for a reply.

Are you suggesting that there are people on this thread(and all the others on other forums) do not have legitimate concerns/queries/delays?

Let's take delays, I believe that it would be fair to say that no one is receiving their cash back in the promised 28 days.
Sorting them out, won't be better for The Mobile Outlet in the long run, quite the opposite. :)

Optimism is one thing, that I do not believe will cause The Mobile Outlet to sort out their act.

Anyone wanting to see all the promises in the past made by The Mobile Outlet, simply click HERE and read their past posts, I won't quote them because it's depressing reading.

The Mobile Outlet can show good willing and answer the questions that they have not bothered to answer since they went M.I.A in June.

I believe that the only reason they are here is because of the lucrative Christmas period is soon with us. Sort out a few disgruntled claimants on M.S.E. and "Bingo" many more new contracts to ease their tight cashflow.

I will be here to sort out problems, I won't pin any hope on The Mobile Outlet sticking around(Go on TMO prove me wrong:p ). :A
Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.
