  • Hi all, flying out of Gatwick this afternoon and was wondering the best parking deal i could get.

Aparently all the parking websites i have been to say that i have to have booked 24 hours in advance.

    any advice?
  • Not only is Parkway great for Luton airport it is brilliant if you are travelling from Gatwick as the train company has an offer of £40 return for 4 people.

Posted previously but think was removed cos info out of date due to train franchise changing.

Secure multi-storey car parking at Luton Parkway railway station (administered by First Capital Connect now, formerly Thameslink). Manned 24 hours, plus CCTV monitoring.

If you pay on arrival (this is vital otherwise you are charged the daily rate of £4.60), you can get a week's parking for £20.70, or a month's for £73. There's an office on the left just inside the entry barrier.

A free regular shuttle bus operates between the railway station and the airport night and day. It takes only 5 minutes for the transfer (plus waiting), as it is much nearer than Airparks, for example. Shuttles half-hourly overnight, and every 25 min during the day.

Picked up a voucher at the Ideal Home Show offering parking at Luton and Heathrow from £5 per day. www.ncp.co.uk input offer code LTHR7. Valid until end of August for bookings till end of September. HTH

The car park is about 5 minutes bus ride to the terminals, it's right next to the Park Inn Hotel. Despite what the website says, you don't hand in your keys. Very cheap & very convenient. Highly recomended at this price.

Thought this might be useful, I found it via my staff benefits handbook but booking via the website would appear to give the prices to all who apply with no termination date as far as I am aware.

If it's been posted earlier then my apologies and if not then I hope it saves you some money.

    Great find thanks.

Booked two weeks at q-park next May / June for £71

NCP are £39ish for onsite long stay - via bhx.co.uk if booked with some notice
believe you can get 5% discount if a bhx club member

You can get offsite for about £10pw less, with likes of purple parking / aph but it's not that close

not read thread so not sure if any goiod codes

I got a quote of £25.43 from http://www.aph.com/partners/?toysrus for offsite parking (APH Hams Hall, M42 J9) or for another £8 (via the same link) you can have the onsite long stay car park.
