    re extra calories, vegan ones

fruit smoothies made with soya cream would pack some calorific punch, sweetened with honey

fat with or without sugar is the most high calorie

smooth peanut butter on something soft - the soft part of bread maybe

letting choc melt in your mouth uses a lot of cals, it would need to be vegan tho, not CDM

very cooked pasta, with a well whizzed oily pesto sauce

soya ice cream with a warm choc fudge sauce made with cocoa, sugar and pure spread, or vitalite (got a recipe if you'd like it)

    I'm sure there's more, I'll have a think

haven't dared look at skype yet. Need to go out in bit

it's my birthday today, and let's just say it will be a significant one next year

On Friday, I had a lovely girly day. Started off with coffee with the aerobics gals. But before that, V and I went to a garden centre to get a cheering up gift for a friend G, who in the space of the last year has had 3 major things happen. 1. she went on hol and came back to find me in wellies in her house dealing with the pipe that burst in the loft and that had flooded her house comprehensively. 2. she had a party and a friend fell down a step inside the house and broke her hip. 3. on Thurs a friend leaving the house in the dark fell of the end of her steps, right onto her face - the bruising is dramatic

after coffee went to a pub in Danehill with V and B to have a gossipy lunch with the WI lunch club. At the lunch, S said that she knew where to get a map for walks over the Ashdown Forest, and it just happens to be opposite a garden centre. So we had to go in there didn't we. I got a really lovely pale pink lace cap hydrangea, some pale yellow daisy type things, and a stripy deep red rose.

Then back to G's to give her the giant begonias and ooh and ahh at bruises

Left the house at 10:30 and didn't get back until 5pm

Today, DP and I are going to see Toy Story 3, then meet some friends for some bowling, then we're all off to The Hare at Langton for a birthday dinner

And yesterday, DD and DGD 2.5yrs came up unexpectedly and we had a lovely time

So I'm having a great time this week.

Off to the hall for the monthly meeting tom eve to report back on the drains - more flippin' nappies down them, the blighters, it blocks the drains up something chronic

see you all later - I'm off to the pictures now xxx
