    Morning,

Why oh why does Miss Tag NOT understand the meaning of mummy would like a little lie in in the morning? Add to that she has a severe case of 'yabberitis' as well............ ooo I can feel a headache coming on already.

So a few bits to do today. Not in the mood for too much as I'm still tired. Hopefully I'll perk up after my cup of coffee.
TAG - Ok, what are the high scores on bejewelled then? Though I tend to only play the one minute one.

    Morning Diva,
I play the one minute one on FB. Froddy is at 512,000 something and I'm at 497,000 something. I'm sure she lulls me into a false sense of security. Lets me have the high score for a day or so and then comes along and obliterates it!:rotfl: It's fun trying to beat her though.

    Morning all

    Have a lovely day Jassa

Slept in for once which is unusual so I'm still only on my first cup of tea. We have misty grizzly rain again today. I need to go shopping for food at some point. Am off out for dinner tonight at DiL's parents as it's Persian New Year. I might even see what flying I've got left to do...

    Thanks, PenPen and TAG.

I've emptied and re-loaded DW, unpacked shopping bags and put stuff away (just got fruit and veg to sort), put rubbish and recycling out. I also had to empty the top half of a food cupboard and fix the shelf. Doesn't sound (and look) like much. :(
Best keep at it. I feel a bit shaky, though, so I won't rush round. Suppose this virus is still hanging around (or could it be a housework allergy?). If I plod on steadily until dinner time, I should get quite a bit done.

Off to clear kitchen work tops now.

    PLEASE READ!!!

    Hello everyone,

Just thought as it's getting closer to the meet, that I'd better put out some more information.

Froddy and I have discussed this, and she agrees that the details sound ok, so here they are:

We will all meet at Chichester train station at around 12. This gives everyone who is travelling a distance or travelling on the trains, time to get there. (If you are travelling in a car, PM me and I will tell you where the best carpark is, as the station one is expensive.)

Once everyone is there, we will go on to Lloyds as they are reasonably priced and have a children's menu too. They are only a 5-minute walk from the train station. They are in a leisure complex and just down the road from the soft play centre, if parents wanted to take children there. They also have outside seating so if the weather is nice, we can all sit in the sun.

Please can anyone who is interested in coming, send me a PM, as my list got lost when we had our central heating installed, and I'm also aware that some people may no longer be able to come, and that there are quite a few new people on the thread now who may also want to come.

At the moment, xx_Jo_xx and her son are meant to be staying with me, and so is mumofjusttwo ) if she can persuade MIL to look after her children. Froddy has juliejim staying with her. Mumto5 is coming by train.

There is a local premier inn, that is also part of the leisure complex, which I believe is offering promotional prices over the easter holidays if anyone would like to stay there.

Hope to see some of you there.

    sexymouse xx

  • Morning lovely flyladies!
I've just spent yonks trying to read through and play catchup with the goings on so in a nutshell -
to anyone who needs it- a reassuring pat on the shoulder or a hug whichever is preferable
to anyone travelling- have a lovely time and b good!!
to anyone flyladying- you can touch my dust but whish...... now it's all gone!
    and to anyone else:wave:
well hopefully that might just cover a few options - if anyone wishes to my borrow my lovely black dog instead of putting up with their own BD then please feel free -she's as mad as a hatter and likes eating bananas and anything as long as its got gravy and biscuits poured over the top!
Today I'm determined to carry on with cleaning and hoovering (why oh why does the dog insist on attacking the hoover!) and then when I've cleared and tidied up another few square inches of space I will treat myself to a cuppa
I have to admit this thread actually keeps me on track to do a lot more cleaning -I may not follow the lists until later but at least I'm doing something:T
    :cool:Thanks everyone
May you fill up the great clutterbucket of life and may all of your leaks be in cheese sauce:D
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without:cool:
