There is a voucher on the boards for a silver jewelery shop :j I havent used them so dont know what delivery is like... You have to spend at least £15 but if he buys something for £15 + £2.75 gift wrap he will only pay approx £11 inc delivery :j

Funnily enough I've just finished reading it! I got it out of the library. I enjoyed reading it, there's some good hints and tips and inspirational stories in it. The plans seem ok but I haven't followed any of them with going to the running club as the coach there is putting a training plan together for meGood wine needs to breathe, if it stops breathing try mouth to mouth.0 -

I think if you want to start Buffy there are plenty of people here who can give you their own personal experience and advice. I will happily help you in anyway I can - Im no expert and still plod along but don't forget you can achieve it if you are totally committed. I couldn't even run to the end of the road when I started and a year later I ran the marathon. That is an extreme but if you want to run 5 miles or 1 you can

Which is really nice, and has a hallmark (I think, it's really small). Delivery was really quick too, although since it's in the same postcode as me they could have hand delivered it!
