    FSCS never said anything to Honey about having to pay it back, and if the policy is still valid, why would you have to.

    Well to what I know of ours was a week today, or a week yesterday that ours was passed on to the FSCS, up to yesterday when hubby called, they said they were sending out a decision as soon as possible, yet reading one of the posts on here somewhere (today), they said to them that they were still reviewing their's and yet they received the letter/cheque on the same day as getting in touch (something along those lines), so it makes you think if they check our cases personally if you know what I mean?

    Happy for everyone who have already received their though.:beer:

    They are either not checking and just fobbing us off, or the system is not being updated as and when things occur:mad:

    Yeah it seems that way hun doesn't it?:mad::confused:.

    And they supposed to be treating ours as priority, so if successful pay towards the mortgage arrears.

    I am surprised our Pinknico have not heard anything yet bless her, I bet everything is sorted but they are in a slow batch......:mad:, must be so frustrating for her!

    Hope you hear some news as well hun, I think because its come to the end of the week, its disheartening and stressful knowing that we are unable to do anything about it on the weekend, if nothing have arrived in the post.

    I understand they may be working overtime, but will not respond to calls etc.

    hopefully you will both get them soon. As for the weekends, I use to look forward to them but now as you say, we are just waiting for Monday to arrive!!!!!

    lol me too did love weekends.....and like yourself look forward to Mondays, and normally I used to think they were the worst days of the week :rotfl::rotfl::D.

    I will have to have a mess about with mine, not got round to it yet though....:D.
