    Step 1: Search Dooyoo to ensure that your product or service hasn't already been added to the database. You can do this using Dooyoo's search engine, or you can use Google as described here: http://www.opinionators.co.uk/mainboard/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2849

    Step 2: Assuming you have searched and can't find your desired item, use the Suggestions page, which you can access from your main Dooyoo profile. Make sure you fill in as much information as possible. When looking for websites and images toc use in your suggestions, if you can use the official website, then do so. For images, if you can't find something suitable on the official website, then search Amazon UK. Amazon UK images are allowed and to a certain extent, encouraged when making suggestions.

    Step 3: Wait until you get an email saying that your suggestion has been added to the site.

    Step 4: When it has been added to the site (Disclaimer: these are suggestions, so not everything will be added. Be prepared to make small changes to rejected suggestions.), double check that it has been added correctly - to the correct category with correct photos etc.

    Step 5: Get writing your review!

    Is anyone else still waiting for a voucher from before Christmas?

    I ordered one on the 18th December, never heard anything so I emailed them on the 4th January and got a reply on the 6th January, saying they were having technical problems. But that was almost a week ago and I've heard nothing since.
    Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:

    Just to reassure I am waiting for a voucher too. This is not that unusual after Christmas were dooyoo staff have a lot to catch up on. I am sure Camp Freddy will provide you with more precise details as and when he/she:p gets them

    There is an announcement on the Community Pages regarding late payments over Xmas due to technical difficulties. Again, if you ARE concerned about payments, don't be shy about contacting a guide on Dooyoo. They'll be more than happy to ask Dooyoo for you.

    P.S. You may think I'm pushing contact on Dooyoo a lot, but this helps you. Don't rely on me or the Guides to be on MSE and to step up and offer help... we may be away or at work etc. However, the BEST place to get Dooyoo help is directly from the guides and/or Dooyoo and the BEST place to find a guide is on Dooyoo.
