How annoying clare! I am a terror and would have made them call CS up whilst I was there, but I like an 'argy bargy' with an SA if I know I am right!

Is there no way you can use the spits before tuesday? How many do you have? Or could you post to another bootser who is local and see if they could pick up for you?

I'd call CS myself! Last time TD was on and i'd spend alot to get the spits, when I would not have bought the stuff I scanned my spits(vouchers I think actually) and emailed them that there was no stock of the items etc. I had a reply that they could issue me a letter to take instore to allow me to use these vouchers after the promo had finished and the store had stock or that they would issue points to my card. I opted for points and they gave me 4000 for the spits and 1000 for my troubles etc.

Now I was just pushing my luck as CS could have just said it was down to stock availibility, although it was backed up by the fact that CS checked stock levels at the store and it seemed that stock was being kept off of the shop floor etc. However, due to the fact that you have been refused etc I'd personally call them up and say that you do not think it is fair that you are loosing out, after spending lots on un needed products to get them, due to staff not knowing the criterea and that you will not be able to visit the store before tuesday after CS passes the info to the Store etc. I'm sure CS will give you a great response, they have always been wonderful to me aslong as you are polite etc.
