Council Tax Rebanding- Have i shot myself in the foot?
I recently went on the DirectGov website and noticed there were about 5 out of around 50 houses on my street banded as E whilst the rest (apart from one G) are F. I therefore contacted the VOA office as a bit of a punt to say my house should therefore be E not F. Later I checked what value my house was in 1991 and it…

Mis sold Mortgage Life Cover - can I claim?
I believe I've been mis sold the mortgage life cover (reducing) when we took out our mortgage. Do I have a claim? In nutshell the cover was taken out by a broker who didn't explain the terms of the contract in full to us. Can this be reclaimed in full like the usual PPI for credit cards or is it not possible?
