KGB Deals and Gizmo.biz

Hi - I have searched through the forum but cannot find an answer so if anyone can help me I'd massively appreciate it.
I bought two vouchers from KGB for two ottomans on the Gizmo.biz website. This was at the end of March.
I paid postage directly to Gizmo via PayPal and have yet to receive the goods. I kept being fobbed off by both them - when I could get through - and KGB.
I have finally been refunded the cost of the vouchers from KGB.
I am trying to get the postage costs back from Gizmo (£5.95 & £19.99 - which was what they asked me to pay for sending one of them abroad). I am getting no response at all from them via email or when I try and call - just an answerphone. The number has actually been taken off their website but I tracked it down by some serious Googling! I have said I will go to the OFT - still no response. I have asked KGB to help - as they promoted the company via their deals - no response. I cannot claim via PayPal as it's now too late - tried to sort it out directly for too long clearly. My bank will just claim it back from PayPal and I will have a dispute on my hands with them then I would think - as the payment was not done in error.
I am at a loss - Gizmo have my money and I do not have the goods. KGB seemed quite reliable when they started and it appears they have now got greedy and have no quality control at all as to who they now promote and do deals with - they all seem to be taking the money and running.
Can anyone help perhaps please??
Thanks

Is this https://www.gizmobizz.com?
If so, there is an address on their contact us webpage.
I would think it is time to write them a letter.0 -
Hi There,
I have exactly the same problem but I have not received any refund from KGB!!!
I purchased the ottoman back in March also, and after many emails to GizmoBiz and KGB I still have nothing!!
I was told initially that the item was damaged in transit and would be sent again but still nothing!!
Like yourself there is now no telephone number to contact anyone, even KGB, and every time I send an email no one seems to reply from either company!!
I am fuming!!
If anyone can help me it would be appreciated!!

Or is there some other specific help you are looking for?0 -
I'm another victim of this offer through KGB and certainly can't see me using anything like this again. E mails telephone calls to both and no avail.I purchased this deal in March also and nothing to date apart from a credit card bill and pay pal postage bill . A letter will be the next option any ideas gratefully received from anyone who has managed a voucher refund from KGB of the tactics used ".....disgruntled to say the least0

How about reading the post immediately before yours?
Or is there some other specific help you are looking for?
Not entirely sure sarcasm is helpful at this juncture - am sure you can appreciate most people will have already gone to the contact page - a letter doesn't get a response I'm afraid...
If anyone needs KGB they can try 118 118 - who deny being a part of them when you call but appear to be able to take messages for them! Hmm... Someone did call me back from this - and was actually helpful - and I eventually got money back for the items from KGB, but am still battling with them to chase Gizmo for the postage. I got an email from KGB last week saying Gizmo were posting on the 10 June - which I am assuming isn't going to happen so am still pursuing the postage refund as I believe this to be a delaying tactic - how much interest are they earning on all the postage costs they have? Disgraceful. It's all rubbish anyway as KGB have refunded the cost of the items - they just sent a stock email.
Anyway - try this for 118: 029 2054 8000. Get KGB to fight for the postage for you too - they entered into the deal with Gizmo so they cannot wash their hands of it. :-)0 -

Except you, no-one on this thread has yet said they have written a letter.
Until someone had said that writing a letter doesn't work, then surely you can understand that writing a letter is good advice.0 -

I really didn't think I would need to teach grammar, and I won't bother trying to.
Over a week ago I suggested you write a letter.
In my opinion, a reasonable suggestion when you consider that at that time you gave no indication that you had written a letter.
But if you don't want help, that's fine too.0 -
I too purchased a voucher in March and have heard every excuse under the sun from KGB Deals as to why Gizmo Biz have yet to deliver the product. The latest email has said that the product will be dispatched 14 June, obviously that's come and gone, so if I don't have my product by tomorrow evening I'll be taking it further. Gizmo Biz have not replied to one phone call or email that I've made/sent, it's atrocious that KGB Deals deal with such crooks. I will never ever use another online voucher site, totally disappointed.0
