Our ottoman arrived a couple of days ago, but one of the hinges came off and broke the mdf wood it was screwed into. Delivery took about 2 months if not a little more.
We have a second voucher that has not yet been ordered, but the ottoman is no longer listed on their website, so no way of ordering it. Email to gizmobiz has gone unanswered.0 -
:mad: After constant false promises regarding delivery date my ottoman finally showed up on Monday. I opened it to find both hinges had come away from the mdf wood, and all of the screws were either at the bottom of the ottoman in a pile of mdf wood shavings or missing, so the lid is not even attached to the base. I am disgusted. Has anyone actually received a perfect ottoman? The one I have is fit only for the bin.
clan55, the ottomans are still available through their website (type in 'union jack ottoman') but if I were you I'd just be going straight to KGB Deals and demanding a refund on the voucher, I guarantee you'll receive yet another faulty product if you go ahead with a second purchase.

It’s a shame that I had not visited this website beforebeing ‘lured’ into an offer advertised via KGB.
Having recently purchased an iPad, I was offered a deal ofbuying a connecter kit for your iPad and TV with 50% off – bargain!
This was placed on 10 May 2012, however, as of today, stillnot received, and no returned calls! This includes KGB too!
I have though written a letter of complaint today and willkeep you updated as to whether I receive any success.

Any chance Martin could publicise this company which may kick them up the perverbial.
Adverse publicity in this climate could really finish a company off or make them sit up and stopping ripping customers off
I am now in to day 38 waiting for a delivery which seems is never going to arrive. Sporadic replies to my many emails make unfilfilled promises and i am current £25 out of pocket with nothing to show for it and they still advertise the same item on their site luring many other people in every day.0 -

I ordered a cupcake making kit for £14.99 on 23rd of March, and 20 weeks later have still not received either the kit, a refund or an explanation!
I have contacted the company several times, by many means, and though they responded to the first 2 emails stating delivery had been delayed and I could expect my item the following week, they have not responded since!
I have been back to Wowcher, where I saw the ad & purchased the item through, and they have yet to do anything either apart from send an email to Gizmo-biz stating the obvious:

Ok, follow-up from my previous post (#22):
Having not had any success with Gizmo-Biz directly regarding my second Ottoman voucher I contacted KGB to complain. They got back to me reasonably quickly to advise:
We regret to inform you that your purchased has been refunded as the merchant's were not able to fulfill this deal due to unforeseen circumstances.
Couple of thoughts on that:- I'd prefer not to be refunded, but actually get the product (although not broken like so many)
- If this is really the case I would have liked to have had some pro-active response in advising me that i will be refunded, instead of waiting for me to complain - when were they going to tell me? Possibly not at all and try and keep the cash?
- The refund received is GBP 5 short... Why?
By the way, I have another voucher for a canvas from Blue Amigo that is also still not fulfilled. Order was sent off via their website and since then there has been radio silence. Phone is not being answered. KGB is investigating - once again...0
