Orange direct debit date

Orange used to take my direct debit on the 1st of the month, but they recently changed it to the 30th without asking/telling me. I get paid on the last working day of the month- so sometimes the 31st- which means in August I'll have to pay two bills from one pay cheque. Can I demand they change it back??

Just ring them and ask, no need to go in all guns blazing, I was with them for nearly 14yrs, billing date never changed during that time, ask them to push it back 1 week?0

I'm pretty sure they give you the option to change the date online.
Have you tried logging into your account and looking around the billing area?0 -
It will be taken early if the 1st falls on a weekend or Bank holiday.0
