It would probably be more sensible to wait until you are not so angry whoever you complain to - it wont help you at all.

I booked a sun newspaper holiday for the end of july in pontins costing £106 + collecting the tokens and hassle of posting it all off. I had rang them before collecting my tokens and asked if it was a genuine deal and was told I would'nt get it any cheaper than the sun deal.. Got my confirmation out and went online to check out the accommadation and decided to check and see how much i'd saved , big mistake .
I could get the same holiday for the exact date i wanted for £109 with 25 pontin pounds aswell . Rang up the number and spoke to a very nice guy who assurred me I was mistaken , i asked him to double check and he came back with the price I found. Said it was the first time ever anyone had ever rang to say it was cheaper
so feeling a bit cheated I rang head office and spoke to a very rude woman who has made me so angry. I was quite calm up to then and just wanted to point it out to them but she has really made me angry. She said it was nothing to do with pontins, that it was the sun who added all the extra charges and wasn't pontins fault, that it was always cheaper online and i should of checked first. I'm sure there are a lot of people who just book it and presume they're getting a good deal.
    Sorry for the rant:o

I fail to see why you are complaining to Pontins to be honest, other than because someone was rude to you.

The original complaint looks like a total non-story.

I also fail to see what you are complainig about. a very small price differential and a rude woman, What do you hope to achieve by complaining?

Why didnt you check the online price first?

I wasn't complaing originally just making a point , but the person i spoke to was extremly rude and aggressive , shouting over me when i was trying to speak. And that was what made me angry. i personally don't think thats acceptable behaviour when dealing with a customer even if a customer is totally in the wrong( which I wasn't:rolleyes: )

I had just moved house so wasn't online but did ring and ask and was told I wouldn't get it any cheaper than the sun deal.
I also don't have alot of money to spare so even a few quid makes a huge difference to me.
And I know I was probably being a bit dramatic demanding the MDs email address but I was very upset after coming off the phone

And you were told the correct information. The best they could do was £3 more. Incentives such as Pontins Pounds or whatever don't come into it.
