sorry to add to this thread, but does anyone actually know who to complain to? i had a serious complaint, which i put in writing at beginning of July. Received standard letter of 'being investigated, reply in 28 days or less'. After 6 weeks of waiting, phoned customer service who said would be looked into as to why i had received nothing and reply would definately be sent. Still nothing so would like to take further but not sure how.

Hi everyone,

I too wish to contact Pontins via email, I prefer it to letters or calls.

I don't want the MD's address, just one for customer services.

I have had no luck finding one on their site, and found this thread after googling my query.

Any help would be much appreciated.
