    Point taken but like i said I wasn't originally complaining just making a point that i felt a bit cheated with the sun deal when it wasn't really a great deal at all. It was the customer service I recieved that really upset me .
    Anyway lesson learnt today , won't make tha same mistake again

    Then surely you should be complaining to The Sun.

    It is like many things in life - you purchased it at a price you were happy with. It happens all the time on this site as I am sure you are aware with holidays or flights going down in price after they have been booked.

    I did ring the sun :o really was on a rant today,but they said it was pontins I should speak to and probably if the girl speaking for pontins had put it the way you have have , in a calm and rational manner . I would of just said ah well and got on with it.
    Maybe you should apply for the job:p .

    Right a letter of complaint about how the Sun deals are worthless and send it to the Star Maybe you'll get 20 quid as their start letter of the day or something

    Is there a reason why you dragged this topic up after almost four months of it last being posted on? Are you needing to complain too and wanting an address?

    Just because someone feels strongly about a complaint doesnt make it justified
