    Sorry to hear you've had a fall :(. I fell up the stairs in M&S once, tripped when my pointy heel boot got caught in the hem on my boot cut trousers. I'd been Christmas shopping and had loads of carrier bags in each hand so couldn't get up. Had to be helped up by a gang of elderly people which was SO embarrassing.

    I was in Primark earlier (keeping out of the way of/hiding from the packing men :o) and they do sell 'leisure' type stuff for the gym/keeping fit. Not sure if they'll have what you want but they did have a lot of it :)
