Not the best of days.
Just had a rather spectacular fall in our local M & S simply food.
Cue the floor and me being covered in fruity chichen curry.
Lesson learned - when going down, eject with great force anything you may be holding.The shame.
Shame of what? You fall over, it's an accident - it's not a lifestyle choice or an over abundance of bucky.My clothes are now all in the WM.
Bah is all.

Sorry to hear you've had a fall
. I fell up the stairs in M&S once, tripped when my pointy heel boot got caught in the hem on my boot cut trousers. I'd been Christmas shopping and had loads of carrier bags in each hand so couldn't get up. Had to be helped up by a gang of elderly people which was SO embarrassing.

I was in Primark earlier (keeping out of the way of/hiding from the packing men
) and they do sell 'leisure' type stuff for the gym/keeping fit. Not sure if they'll have what you want but they did have a lot of it
