Excuse me, but we're in January: how is not having booked yet or not booking it within the next few weeks being "late"?

To do late bookings is to book it within 3 weeks of going, not 5 months!

I am not having a summer holiday due to the nature of my job, but I have already been on holiday this year as I went to Ireland :D

    Two answers for me:

The big family holiday (myself, my boyfriend, my parents, my sisters, my brothers in law and my nephew) has been booked since last June as we wanted to get the same place again.

The boyfriend and I have discussed ideas for where we might go in spring/late summer/early autumn, but nothing is booked yet as we're not sure where we are with regards to my job at the moment.

we're doing the sun £9.50 holiday this year - never done it before, hope it's okay - with 2 v small children and a big chunk of maternity leave, it's the only way we'll afford a holiday this year!!!

Bookd on Saturday to go abroad with a few friends. Haven't been for a few years and I split up with my bf at the weekend so it really couldn't come quick enough!

We have our holiday at Easter, rather than the summer, booked last May for this Easter - usually book about a year before as no flexibilty with dates if we want full fortnight.
(I work in a school (not a teacher) as we can only go in school holidays)

Hoping to book soon and take the kids (25, 21, 21) to France in August as it will probably be the last time we can all go away together.
