@OP Are you aware of what the debt is and who issued it??
Or are you just not interested in who issued it and don't want to pay it??
If it is the latter, just to settle your curiosity find out where it came from and take it from there.
Honestly a CCJ may not appear now on your file but when it does, you will only regret not finding out where it was from and trying to settle it.
In this day in age putting stumbling blocks on an already hard and rocky path just isn't worth it.

On what basis do you dispute the debt? Non-receipt if the paperwork is not a valid defence, because it's up to you to update your contact details with your creditors.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
