They just can't win can they?
When the YTS kid cleans the car by grinding all the dirt round with their old sponge, everybody complains about swirls in the paintwork.
Just think of it as a lucky escapeI want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

we went to a vauxhall garage for a handbrake button recall (ratchet mechanism releases handbreak unexpectedly).
Was treated like beggers.0 -

Dropped my car off today at local Merc garage for warranty work and experienced really poor attitude of service guy.
Collected car and dismayed not even cleaned it .
I thought all ‘premium’ brands cleaned car on each visit ?0 -

Sounds like our local Merc dealer, which is why we will never cross their door threshold again.
That is the only way to deal with them.0 -
They're only interested in selling new motors, not interested in customer service.
Funny thing is I was looking to buy a brand new vehicle when I bought this one. Peugeot Partner Tepee.
Went to a couple of dealers. Citroen they were. I wasn't impressed by them. The one very male chickeny kid got right up my nose. Superior little prat!
The workshops didn't look that good either.
Saw the one I bought on the forecourt when I went to the last dealer. It was 12 months old, so I actually preferred it to new.
The people actually seemed sincere. Not pushy and did a sensible deal.
Service has been excellent.
I still use them now because they have been so good.
The chap who washes the car does a proper job as well!
And yes I know I pay for it all.
So good places do exist. Finding them's the snag.0 -
You want the motor washed then wash it or pay some one. They would have probably washed it (badly) if you had a service.0
