Mercedes dealers have a reputation to live down to, it sounds like they are doing a grand job.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Dropped my car off today at local Merc garage for warranty work and experienced really poor attitude of service guy.
Collected car and dismayed not even cleaned it .
I thought all ‘premium’ brands cleaned car on each visit ?
Consider yourself lucky, When they 'washed' mine they left a scratch on the bonnet over which some imbecile had, no doubt, dragged a hose.
Combined with a very poor attitude from the Swiss Tony lookalike service manager it put me off Mercedes dealers. They might sell me another car but the servicing and repair work will remain with an independent specialist.0
