4/15 for yesterday. Pleased to be feeling a little more in control. I am going to a bbq tonight so not sure if that will be AF but if not there's also Thursday to come.

Morning! 8/31 and 37/90 for today please! Struggled a little bit yesterday as the weather was nice and I knew Mrs fatrab was having a few drinks with her dinner, but I had to take the car as the trains were disrupted and we couldn't risk being stranded in Glasgow so that removed the option to drink thankfully.

The rest of the month is going to be very quiet so hopefully no temptation and Mrs fatrab wants to lose weight and has agreed to not drink too.

Hope you all had a great weekend! My body clock is still trying to adjust from the nightshift on Saturday so I missed most of the sun! :)

I think I was very lucky never to have associated drinking with the sun coming out. Because I only ever drank in the evenings and mostly it was red wine with dinner, I was never tempted in the way that a lot of people are. Does it help that the sun's now gone away?!!

    8/31 please, Baileys.
    Better is good enough.

Helpful to read of peoples reactions to drink when the sun is out :) I definitely wanted a glass of very cold wine but it was okay as I told myself I could have it but was choosing not to.

    8/27
    please Baileys
