Before I pack, I need to:
Go to work
Write a whilst I'm away list for my colleagues
Ask the neighbours to chicken sit
Buy car tax
Research and buy car insurance
Power wash the chicken coop
Pot up some seedlings
Clean the house
Walk 15,075 steps/day
Wash, dry and iron clothes

Made a start on the list (and also paid all the CC bills due whilst we're away) but now I've had a drink and I CBA
HFW's tahini-dressed green bean & courgette salad for dinner - the recipe is a keeper - we added spelt to bulk it out a bit

SNAP! There was spelt in our tea too Only spelt flour though, crafted into the shape of a pizza base. Bought a bag on our recent sojourn round and about the organic spelt producing belt of Great Britain
