Before I pack, I need to:

Ask the neighbours to chicken sit
    Buy car tax
    Research and buy car insurance

Made a start on the list (and also paid all the CC bills due whilst we're away) but now I've had a drink and I CBA :p

HFW's tahini-dressed green bean & courgette salad for dinner - the recipe is a keeper - we added spelt to bulk it out a bit :D

SNAP! There was spelt in our tea too :D Only spelt flour though, crafted into the shape of a pizza base. Bought a bag on our recent sojourn round and about the organic spelt producing belt of Great Britain :D

Have a lovely time in Norway :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
