Judging by the inside it may be a little too close to the sea for my peace of mind.0 -
It looks as if the sea has been in there from the state of the floors! But comparing the modern OS map with an historical one shows little or no erosion there over 70-80 years. Sea level likely to rise and storminess increase in the coming decades though.0
